Troubleshooting
Fix missing pages, empty scan results, metadata display issues, plugin conflicts, and account problems.
Missing pages
If a page is missing from the Library, confirm that it is published and indexable. Drafts, private pages, password-protected content, or custom post types may not appear depending on your plugin settings.
- 1Publish or update the page in WordPress.
- 2Run a fresh BeepBeep scan.
- 3Check whether the page type is supported by your current setup.
No scan results
If the scan completes but returns no useful results, check that WordPress can make outbound HTTPS requests and that your connected account is still valid.
- Confirm the license is connected.
- Check hosting security rules for blocked outbound requests.
- Try scanning again after clearing any WordPress object cache.
Metadata not appearing
If generated metadata does not appear in search previews or SEO plugin fields, verify which SEO plugin controls metadata on your site and whether another plugin or theme is overriding output.
- 1Open the page editor and check the SEO title/meta fields.
- 2Clear page cache and CDN cache.
- 3Inspect the rendered page source for title and meta description tags.
Plugin conflicts
SEO plugins, caching plugins, and custom theme code can all affect how metadata is stored or displayed. If you suspect a conflict, temporarily disable non-essential plugins on a staging site and re-test publishing.
Account issues
If sign-in or license connection fails, sign out of BeepBeep Titles, reconnect your account, and confirm your plan or credits are active in the BeepBeep dashboard.
