How BeepBeep Works
Understand scanning, AI generation, review controls, and the publishing workflow.
Scanning
BeepBeep scans WordPress content that can appear in search results. It checks whether each page has a usable SEO title and meta description, then groups pages by what needs attention.
The scan does not publish changes or consume generation credits. It only builds the dashboard report and Library queue.
Metadata generation
When you generate metadata, BeepBeep uses the page URL, title, excerpt, and available content context to draft a search-ready title and meta description.
The goal is clear, accurate metadata that helps search engines understand the page and helps users decide whether to click.
- SEO titles are concise and page-specific.
- Meta descriptions are written as helpful search snippets.
- Generation is designed to avoid keyword stuffing and vague generic copy.
Review process
Generated metadata is shown before it is saved. You can edit suggestions inline, regenerate if the angle is wrong, or skip pages that do not need changes.
Publishing workflow
When you approve a suggestion, BeepBeep writes the metadata to the SEO field used by your WordPress setup. If an SEO plugin is active, BeepBeep prioritises that plugin’s fields where supported.
- Publish one page at a time for careful review.
- Use bulk generation for larger cleanup passes.
- Re-scan after publishing to refresh coverage.
