Email support
You can email support at support@oppti.dev. For plugin issues, include screenshots and any error message shown in the BeepBeep Titles interface.
Expected response times
- Free users: typical response within two business days.
- Paid users: priority response, usually within one business day.
- Billing and account access issues are prioritised.
