This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Paid commercial and agency use of the product is allowed. Under this license you may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or republish OpptiAI site materials, documentation, branding, or marketing content as your own product
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in OpptiAI services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the OpptiAI plugins or service itself outside the terms of your plan

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment and Refunds

All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OpptiAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if OpptiAI has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

7. Changes to Terms

OpptiAI reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without notice. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
